I’ve never been much of a journal kind of guy but since adopting our new children I’ve been writing long detailed emails to our friends in Latvia to keep them up to date with our children’s lives. One of our friends, Gita Mednis, suggested that I should capture those emails and keep them as a sort of journal or record of changes with our kids. It’s very therapeutic so I decided to just create this online journal for my own sanity and to share with others. As always, enjoy!
